  IF WE RECIEVE A FIREARM WITHOUT INFORMATION, IT WILL BE CHARGED A $50 FEE FOR HAVING TO TRACK IT DOWN. MAKE SURE FIREARMS ARE SHIPPED WITH FFL AND INFO.
  
  Abandoned Inbound Transfers

  Firearms transferred to Shepherd Tactical are considered abandoned if not picked up within 90 calendar days from the date the firearm was received by Shepherd Tactical unless other arrangements were made, and agreed to by Shepherd Tactical. 30 days after the firearm is recieved, there is a $1 (one dollar) a day fee added to the transfer fee. If we are unable to contact you by phone, (e.g. Shipper does not provide a contact number, you have changed your number, or you have a voicemail that has not been set-up, or we do not have correct number), then it is your responsibility to come in and collect your firearm(s) within 90-calendar days, pay any applicable storage fees, and have the firearm(s) transferred into your name. To avoid potential straw purchases, only the sender of a firearm can change the name of the person who will receive the gun. . Abandoned firearms will be disposed of for the previously anticipated cost of transfer and any accrued storage fees. All monies collected from the sale of an abandoned and sold firearm shall belong to Shepherd Tactical and the intended recipient of such firearm shall not have any recourse against Shepherd Tactical, its owners, agents, or successors.
